Ice Cream Cake Roll. Mix on medium until creamy and spreadable. Stir together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and set aside.
Place ice cream in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Roll up cake in towel jelly-roll style, starting with a short side. Stir together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and set aside.
Scoop into large bowl and set aside.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Line bottom of pan with waxed paper. But it needs to cover enough space to fit the cake. Notes Cook time includes time needed for cooling and freezing.
