Stir in the oats and chocolate chips. Add almond flour, oats, shredded coconut, baking soda, and salt to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk to fully combine. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add egg and beat until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugars, and vanilla until combined. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat and stir in white sugar and brown sugar. TIP: Weigh into an airtight container and shake vigorously.
