Graham Cracker Icebox Cake. Top with nuts (or sprinkles or shaved chocolate). Stir with a wire whisk until well blended and place in the refrigerator.
Place sugar in the bottom of a large bowl and sprinkle zest over it; rub zest into sugar with your fingertips so that it releases the most flavor. Randomly lay sliced bananas on chocolate pudding. Spoon a large heap of whipped cream into bottom of cake pan.

Pour chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
Spread half of the chocolate ganache on top of the mousse mixture and spread evenly. Melt the marshmallows in the pineapple juice over low heat. Once melted set aside to cool.
