Korean Rice Cake Soup
Korean Rice Cake Soup. Remove from the heat and ladle the rice cake soup into individual serving bowls. Gently mix egg yolk and white.
For each bowl of soup: spoon soup into bowl and add desired toppings. This technique is called jidan in Korea. Add all the ingredients and stir well. set aside.
Add Korean soup soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
Add sesame oil, ground black pepper, and chopped green onion.
Korean bamboo stays very true to the flavours and is extremely reasonably priced food! For each bowl of soup: spoon soup into bowl and add desired toppings. Beat an egg and stir into the soup.
