Keto Cake In A Mug. Whisk the egg, almond milk, cream, and vanilla together in a bowl. Note: You can use any low carb/low glycemic sweetener for this.
Transfer to a jar and cover with a lid. Add the coconut flour or almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla and beaten egg. Be careful not to burn it.
Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl.
Remove and let the mug cakes cool for one minute.
Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt together. Scrape down the sides of the mug and then gently fold in the raspberries.
